Donation Update
I'd like to thank:
I'd like to give a HUGE thank you to: Gino, Terri, Bob and Chris, Jamison, Dana, Lilia, Lisa, Julie, and Ace for their awesome donations. Within about one week you've all helped raise over $700 towards this charity ride and the National MS foundation.
My initial goal was to raise $1000 but I now feel I may have set the bar too low. I underestimated just how caring people can be. You've all done an outstanding thing and I really appreciate you helping this cause. It means a lot to me personally as well as to those I know who are afflicted by MS. I sincerely hope you read this and smile because you deserve it :)

Training Updates:
I'm doing my part and training away. This is my third week doing three spin (high intensity, instructor led biking) classes a week at the Cal Gym. I've installed my new clipless pedals on my bike and have begun using them during the spin courses. I definitely feel like these classes are making a positive impact, and I look forward to continuing to push myself on my weekend rides. I don't quite have an exact schedule of rides yet, but my goal is to train up to doing two metric centuries (100km each, 200km total) in a single weekend before the ride. I'll keep posting pictures/videos/updates of my training all the way through September, so stay tuned :)
